Weekend: What I Wore

If you follow me on Instagram you might be aware that we are just about to move house and go on a long trip overseas. That means that while my social calendar is seriously lacking excitement due to a mile long to do list, so is my wardrobe thanks to the majority being packed away or stuffed into a suitcase. That being said, I did have a few occasion this weekend to try and piece together some semi decent outfits, although most pieces you will have seen on the blog before. I promise there will be lots of new content coming soon, once we finally set off on our big adventure!

Friday

Friday was still on the cool side in Melbourne and I had a few errands to run in the afternoon so I dug this Inspector Gadget-esk longline trench out of my cupboard and paired it with some other neutrals staples in my wardrobe. Stay tuned for a post coming soon about light-weight trench coats and sleeveless trench coats.

Saturday

Saturday was a big day of packing and general Saturday chores, but we did manage to venture out in the early evening to meet some friends and have some dinner. I wore my favourite Feather and Noise off the shoulder dress but dressed it down a bit by layering an old chambray shirt over the top.

Sunday

Sunday was our usual park, coffee and chill morning followed by an afternoon around the house. I wore an old favourite maxi skirt and a basic tee. I glammed up the look a little with a fun statement necklace but all in all it was a super easy outfit for mum duty :).
